I think more like early 1980. Doesn’t look like the pvc or latex type outfits that were available in the 70′s. I could be wrong. Love to know the origin of this picture also and possibly the others in a series.

The sleeves are vinyl like go-go boots and patent leather makes up the rest, or thereabouts. Not a 60′s pic. The hair style is purposeful, deceiving as well, impossible to go by. The photography is typical low end of a genre just coming up. I’d give this photo 1973-1978
